Balancing Cheer, School, and Building a Business
People ask me all the time: How do you do it all? The truth is, some days I don't. But I've learned that passion, teamwork, and a little bit of grace can carry you through anything.

Okay, let's be real for a second. Running a business while being a full-time student and competitive cheerleader is **hard**. Like, really hard. There are days when I'm up at 5:30 AM for morning practice, rushing to school for a full day of classes, then heading straight to cheer practice until 6 PM, only to come home and work on Graced orders, social media, and homework until midnight. And then I wake up and do it all over again. So when people ask me, "How do you balance everything?" I usually laugh and say, "I'm not sure I do!" But the truth is, I've learned a few things along the way that have helped me manage the chaos. **1. It's All About Priorities** I had to get really honest with myself about what matters most. My faith, my family, my education, and my team—those are non-negotiables. Everything else has to fit around them. Graced is incredibly important to me, but it doesn't come before the people and commitments that shaped who I am. **2. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work** As a cheerleader, I've learned that you can't do everything alone. Whether it's trusting my teammates to catch me in a stunt or asking my family for help with Graced, I've realized that asking for support isn't weakness—it's wisdom. My parents have been amazing, helping me with logistics and encouraging me when I feel overwhelmed. My friends hype me up and share my posts. My coaches remind me to stay focused and disciplined. I couldn't do this without my team. **3. Passion Fuels Everything** Here's the thing: when you're passionate about something, it doesn't feel like work. Don't get me wrong—it's exhausting, and there are moments when I want to quit. But when I see a customer post a photo wearing Graced, or when I calculate how much we've donated to a cause that month, it fills me with so much joy and purpose that the exhaustion fades. Cheerleading taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of showing up even when you're tired. Those lessons translate directly into entrepreneurship. Every time I want to give up, I remember why I started. I remember the lives we're impacting. I remember that I'm building something bigger than myself. **4. It's Okay to Not Be Perfect** I used to think I had to have it all together. Perfect grades, perfect routines, perfect business. But perfection is exhausting and honestly, it's not real. Some days I miss deadlines. Some days I forget to post on Instagram. Some days I'm so tired I can barely think straight. And that's okay. Grace isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up, doing your best, and being kind to yourself when things don't go as planned. So if you're reading this and you're trying to juggle a million things, I see you. I'm right there with you. And I promise, it's worth it. Keep going. Keep dreaming. Keep believing that you can do hard things. Because you absolutely can. **Claire** 🎀
